Bengaluru: Bangladeshi infiltrator travels to Dubai with Indian passport!

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Sep 27: A strange incident in which a citizen of Bangladesh, who sneaked into India illegally, was enabled to travel to Dubai with the help of Indian passport has come to light. Some agents from the city had helped the concerned to do this trick.

A case stands registered in this connection on the basis of a complaint filed by officials of the immigration department of the airport here. The complaint names the accused as Rana Hussain (22) from Jhenidah district of Bangladesh. He had arrived at the airport here by an Oman Air flight via Muscat on the night of September 23 this year.

The immigration department officials, who grew suspicious, checked the documents and found that Rana had obtained passport on the basis of fake documents. The police who have registered the case are now looking for the agents who helped in this fraudulent deal.

Rana Hussain had crossed Indian border in 2013 with the help of a Bangladesh agent, Hussain, and entered West Bengal. He travelled by train to the city and began to work as tailor in Akbar Nagar, Shikaripalya in Jigani, Anekal taluk here. He came to be acquainted with Babul Hussan and Noor Islam and with their help, obtained fake birth certificate in the name of Assam government. He also got transfer certificate issued in the name of M E School, Bashugaon, Kokrajhar district, Assam. By using these documents,he got Adhar card and PAN card. In January this year, he got passport after applying for the same through the passport office at Koramangala here.

Rana told the investigators that he had gone to Dubai on work visa in August and worked there as tailor for a month. As he could not cope with the environment there, he decided to return, he stated. He now stands booked for criminal activities against a nation, fraud, forgery etc.

Bangladeshis are in Lakhs in India and its a huge racket. Many are settled in West Bengal as Bengali is the mother tongue there and they have many distant relatives and friends settled around. Then they move to other cities in India for jobs and do all the required documents through the help of many agents. Human trafficking and cow trafficking is flourishing at the boarder areas with the help of our Security officials for money!!!

Check the credentials of all Bangladeshi Muslims living illegally in India. They cross the border easily and are incorporated in to main stream of West Bengal by the government for vote bank politics and very easily obtain all the documents required to prove that they are Indian citizens. Now the demography of that state has changed as they are in a majority. Same thing is happening in Kerala and other states where there is no control. Central Government Agencies should take immediate action plan.

Just a few months back, another Bangladeshi was caught in Kuwait carrying an Indian passport (issued from Bihar) and Bangladeshi passport in addition to the passport he was carrying .
Its a big threat to the security of our country. Our intelligence agencies should find out the root cause 0f this infiltration problem . How are they managing to get in and how do they manage to get ID cards?
Looks like for making few bucks, some people are ready to sell our country.

    Praveen,

    Praveen, Mangalore/Oman,

This is happening not only now, before also happening. Some years back when i was working in Oman in a manpower company we stopped bringing Bangladeshi for their rude behavior and unethical work culture. The agent who was sending Bangladeshi informed that he could supply Indians also and we received first batch of 5 staffs from Assam (India).

As a person who was handling around 400 Bagladeshi staffs, once they handed over the passport and from their look I realized they are not Indian origin and I informed to my superior also. Within 4 months out of 5 staffs we had to sent 3 staffs back for misbehavior and company blacklisted the Bangladeshi agent. This proved my doubt they are not borne Indians, but Bangladeshi born Indians.

This case is just a tip of the iceberg. There are huge number of Bangladeshis working* in the Mid-East Countries using Indian passport. Of course without the help of our Indians it is impossible to have such huge racket. When I was in the Gulf, we had a Bangladeshi employee with Indian passport. When the time came to go on annual vacation, he obtained Bangladeshi visa to visit his country. His embassy was facilitating his journey provided he would get an NOC from the company. Just imagine a Bangladeshi going to his country with Indian passport and Bangladeshi tourist visa! In another incident, a Bangladeshi was able to get selected for our company as secretary as his relative in Saudi knew one of our company managers. Since our company had work visas issued only to India, he traveled to India from his country and planned to come to Saudi using his Indian passport. Luckily he failed in his interview at Bombay because of his poor English. Again imagine, this Bangladeshi residing in his country but having an Indian passport? In a third incident a Bangladeshi cook met me in our office asking for a job as he had done with his job and was going back to his country. When I told him that we don't have visas for Bangladeshis, he said he can go to India and come to Saudi with Indian passport. He also told me that his brother who was working in Saudi at that time, came there on Indian passport.
We also read recently in Daijiworld how some pakis came to India and obtained Indian passports who were caught in Bangalore. I just wonder how easy for terrorists to obtain Indian passport.

Yes, it is a major racket of human trafficking. What we have seen is only the tip of iceberg. In UAE they stopped issuing new visas to Bangladeshi workers few years ago because of increasing number of criminal cases involving them. So they are now trying to come with Indian passports.
Indian government must take a serious note of this and act quickly.

I don't understand why despite China border is just 20 km from their home, travel more than 2000 km to India seeking shelter in such a insecurity and intolerant country.

Thanks to the then ruling Congi Govt who had this appeasement tactics to consolidate their vote bank. Many Bangladeshis entered into the country in Assam and WB and were given citizenship. Some of them landed in Blore and even Mlore all Congi led states . We have to boot this people to where they have come from. Encouraging asylum will turn India into what Europe , UK are currently going thru. They simply cannot co-exist.

Aadhaar and PAN cards have helped legalize multitudes of illegal infiltrators and the government keeps singing praises of this useless card. These cards are only being used against the legal citizens of this country, while helping the illegal infiltrators.

In your own words, you agree that the Aadhaar card is not FOOLPROOF.

Had there been a round of verification then the issue of his fake identity might have been detected. Imagine even the Indian Home Department has been compromised through the issuance of a legitimate Indian passport.

He came to India in 2013 and by 2014 probably he began his quest to legitimize his stay; so by now you know for whose vote bank this guy and many like him have contributed. Need I say more?????

You are not looking at the issue in wider perspective in the interests of Indian Citizens; you are communalizing issues and thus compromising the rights of genuine legitimate citizens.

The truth stands that a Bangladeshi infiltrated into India and managed to secure a legitimate Indian passport which by the way even the legitimate Indian citizens are sometimes not issued.

Who issued the Indian Passport? Who issued the Aadhar card? Who issued the birth certificate? Who issued the transfer certificate? DID YOU? Neither did I.

    Has the Administration failed?

There are hundreds like him who enjoy total benefits in India which the real Indians don't even hear about and here we are singing praises of the administration; whichever it may have been and continues to be; I sincerely feel the genuine Indian citizens continue to be trampled upon, just because of the vote bank.
