Mangaluru: Compound wall of Lady Goschen Hospital crashes, one injured

Mangaluru, Oct 3: A portion of the compound wall of Lady Goschen Hospital in the city crashed to the ground on Tuesday October 3 morning.

A coolie worker was injured in the incident.

The injured coolie, identified as Mustafa, reportedly has been admitted into the government Wenlock Hospital here. He has been injured in his leg.

The portion of the compound which is located near a bakery at the central market collapsed due to heavy rainfall experienced in the region since the last some days. While Mustafa was injured because of falling stones, a few stones also fell on an adjacent lorry, it is said.
