BJP workers were 'chopped to pieces', CPI(M) should be ashamed: Amit Shah

New Delhi, Oct 8 (Deccan Chronicle): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah, on Sunday slammed the CPI (M) and said that they should be ashamed of themselves since most "political killings" in Kerala took place in Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's area.

"Over 120 BJP-RSS workers have been killed since the communists came to power," he said.

After leaving his party's march against the CPI(M) in Kerala midway, Shah lead a rally to the left party's office in the national capital to protest against the alleged killings of right-wing activists in the southern state.

Targeting the Kerala state government, he said, "Life can be taken with a bullet, but bodies of our workers were chopped to pieces to instill fear. Even then we are not scared of sacrifice.

Earlier this week, Shah had kicked off the Jan Raksha Yatra (people's protection march) from Payyannur in Kerala.

According to the party, he skipped the march in Pinarayi -- the home town of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan -- as he had to attend a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Shah, on Sunday, started the march from Connaught Place after paying homage to BJP and RSS workers "killed" in Kerala.

He was accompanied by BJP's Delhi unit president Manoj Tiwari and other senior party leaders, the party said in a statement.

The party will take out the Jan Raksha Yatra every day from every state capital till October 16.

Shah is also scheduled to lead the march on the concluding day later this month in Thiruvananthapuram.

Kerala, especially the volatile Kannur district, has been witnessing a series of political killings and counter-killings of CPI(M) and RSS-BJP activists.

How many BJP-RSS workers have been murdered in Kerala? Depends on whom you ask
BJP president Amit Shah says 120, while Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath claims the figure is 283.
With regard to Kannur, police data obtained by 101reporters.com through a Right to Information request shows that both the BJP-RSS and the CPI(M) have lost nearly the same number of workers between 2000 and 2016. Of the 69 political deaths in this district during that period, 31 were from the BJP-RSS while 30 were from the CPI(M).
Last year, the BJP-RSS lost four workers in political violence, one more than the CPI(M)’s three. However, in the preceding 15 years, both sides lost 27 workers each.
The CPI(M) released a factsheet on Wednesday in which the party stated that it had suffered more casualties in political clashes in the state than the BJP-RSS. Quoting Kerala police figures, it said that 85 CPI(M) workers had been killed in Kerala between 2000 to 2017 while 65 workers of the BJP-RSS have been murdered.
There are 59 Sangh Parivar workers had been killed in Kannur from 1967 to 2017. “Eight of them were killed while making bombs, while two others were murdered by members of National Democratic Front,”
The BJP of deliberately spreading misinformation about the number of party workers killed in the state. They do not even know the number of people killed from their party,” he said. It shows that they are conducting the Janraksha Yatra with the aim of making Kerala a political killing field.

The government of Uttar Pradesh which justifies “Seven deaths on average per day in this hospital is normal" for Amit Shah or CM Yogi is doesn't matters. All that matters for the party to communalise the state is RSS workers murders.

Kerala is one state where people belonging to all communities live in peace and harmony. No Keralite tolerates anybody speaking ill of any one from his state, whether he is a Hindu or a Muslim or a Christian. It is the language that bonds them together. They fight elections on the basis of their convictions and not on the basis of religion. Kerala is probably the only state in India where Hindus eat beef publicly. Amit Shah is doing his best to divide them on the basis of religion. He might have tasted success in other parts of India but I have my own doubts if he will succeed in Kerala.

For the benifit of all readers of Daiji. This is the information available on internet. Sneha Koshy of NDTV assessed the police records in August 2017. Political murders since 2000. Casualities- BJP/RSS- 65. CPI-M- 85. Congress/IUML- 11 Each. Amit Shahs claims-(Over 120 BJP-RSS workers have been killed since the communists came to power,"). The CPI-M formed the Govt just a year back. Obviously Amit Shah is indulging in falsehoods that they are increasingly being identified as Feku's.

Political leaders can issue any inflammatory statements because they are fully protected at all times. Only the common, poor party workers are losing their life. No value for life of common man in India. They die or get killed for the whims and fancies of high profile politicians either in communal fights or in fake encounters.

BJP has done in Kerala what the Congress led UDF could not in last 70 years, taken the fight straight into the Red Terrorist CPI(M) camp! The Jan Suraksha Yatra has got the party rave reviews and Front page news in Malayalam press which was by far dominated by either the LDF or UDF. This Yatra is indeed a game changer for BJP in Kerala

Even if Communists gets killed by PFI, CFI, SDPI, they will blame RSS & other affiliates. they know the danger of confronting dangerous organisations therefore they take shelter in blaming RSS. Most of them claim to be atheists in left parties. Although they know the great danger for atheists in future will be coming from which groups, they are scared to name them and suffer from stockholm syndrome.

In all Political fights, it's party workers, who take law in their hands die, be it from CPI(M) or BJP.
But in the action of Cow vigitants, Cow and Oxen may have been saved but so many Dalits and Muslims died.

Its a conspiracy by Right wing to show Kerala as a insecure place to leave because BJP do not have any role in Kerala.
If you count the Killing of people, both the parties have equal number of people killed. Killed means, are made to die from both ends, so that these leaders can shout about the numbers.
At present when the situation is normal and people are leaving peacefully.. Lets focus on progress of the country, When there is no progress happening these are the only topic which can keep people busy so that the people responsible are not questioned.
