Just because it is made illegal in India doesn't necessarily give you people rights to judge him. Ganja is used for medical purposes as well and leisure in form of bhang. Don't bring God, religion into this matter. It's just coincidence that his death and him carrying ganja happened.

Unfortunate death and i definitely feel sad as a human. This is a misguided youth who would perhaps have done more harm on the long run. Punishment for peddling dope is fair for him. Death is not I would wish for as we are not a community who wishes for it and it's not in our control. However, from all the anger vented out by the readers I wish our ITC and other tobacco companies also have the same fate. Pollution causing car manufactures should be in the line too.

Feeling sad that many persons here are sort of justifying this death. He was carrying ganja an illegal thing. But there are people who do much worse things. I feel this young man deserved a chance to correct himself.

News clip does not say he is a peddler. Who knows whether it was for his occasional personal use or for trading? RIP! In some countries possession of small quantity is allowed by law and in few other it is a big punishable offence. One need to follow law of the country.
