Mangaluru, Nov 21: Tulu film ‘Umil’ directed by Ranjith Suvarna and produced by Karunakar Shetty and Prajnesh will have their songs shot for a period of six days from November 23.

While many of the makers go for playback singers, director Ranjith Suvarna has opted for a different way. Actors Aravind Bolar and Arjun Kapikad will sing two songs written by Keerthan Bhandary. Lead actor of ‘Umil’ Umesh Mijar will sing a song written by Prashanth C K.

The director has revealed that the title track of the film will be sung by a very famous actor from Sandalwood. The music for the same will be composed by Ravi Basrur. The director has kept more details regarding the same under wraps.

The dubbing process of the film took place at the very well-known Daijiworld Audio Visual Pvt Ltd in the city recently.

Actor Umesh Mijar will play the lead for the first time. Pooja Shetty will be the lead actress. Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Chethan Rai Mani, Sathish Bandale and Deepak Rai will be seen in prominent roles.
