Barranquilla, Dec 1 (IANS): A second-half brace from Felipe Vizeu fired Brazilian football club Flamengo to a 2-0 victory over Colombian side Junior de Barranquilla in their Copa Sudamericana semi-final here on Thursday.
The result at Estadio Metropolitano handed Flamengo a 4-1 win on aggregate after their 2-1 win in last week's first leg at the Maracana stadium, reports Xinhua.
The Rio de Janeiro side will meet Argentina's Independiente in the final over two legs on December 6 and 13.
Vizeu broke the deadlock just after half-time when he gathered possession just inside his own half and broke away from two markers before arrowing a shot past Sebastian Viera.
The 20-year-old, who also scored in the first leg, netted his second goal of the match with a first-time finish after a Rodinei cross from the left flank.
The winner of the Copa Sudamericana will earn a place in next year's Copa Libertadores, South America's top club football competition.
