M'luru: Sacred Hearts' Hr Pry (Eng Med) School, Kulshekar hosts vibrant annual day

Manglauru, Dec 16: The annual day of Sacred Hearts' Hr Pry (Eng Med) School, Kulshekar was celebrated on December 15 with great zeal, vibrancy, pomp and show amidst a medley of events from each class on the theme 'Respect for life'.

The programme commenced with a scintillating prayer dance. The important guests for the programme were Sr M Cicilia Mendonca BS, provincial superior and corporate manager of Mangaluru province as president and Sudheendra Kumar, deputy commissioner of income tax department was the chief guest. The other dignitaries who graced the occasion were Sr Rekha BS, superior of Santa Cruz Convent, Sr Sybil BS, correspondent, Roshan Lasrado, vice president PTA, Stephen Cutinha, vice president alumni association and Sr Jessie Leena, headmistress.



In her presidential address, Sr Cicilia Mendonca said, "The students of Sacred Hearts' School are blessed for having chosen this institution. She also thanked and appreciated the headmistress and staff for organizing this awesome programme.

Sudheendra Kumar was extremely pleased to have been invited to the institution wherin he himself was a student. He reminisced his past school as a student. He advised the parents to allow the children to choose their career of their own choice. He also advised the students to take part not only in academics but also in extra curricular activities.
