Udupi: Atul's Bail Plea to Come for Hearing on Jul 14

Udupi, Jul 14: The bail plea of Atul, prime suspect in Padmapriya murder case, will be coming before the Udupi district and sessions court Monday July 14 The case was adjourned for today by the court during the last hearing on July 9, after the public prosecutor sought time to procure certain documents.

If he is granted bail on Monday, Atul can walk out free from the judicial custody. Otherwise, he will be under judicial custody till July 23 as per earlier orders of the court. Atul is presently undergoing Ayurvedic treatment at a private hospital in Mangalore for back pain.

    I am observing since long time after death of Mrs. Padmapriya that Mr. Atul is being transferred from Jail to Jail & from Hospital to Hospital. However, the reason of death is still not come out???

    The above article states that it was a murder case and not suicide !!
