Village takes pride in introducing the Draught and Craft beer Geist to Mangaluru. The wheat based beer has three flavours in offering.
1. Witty Wit-Belgian Style beer: Light and fun, with just the right amount of orange and coriander flavors to whisk you away from the dull heat. The colour ranges between pale straw yellow to light gold, with a mild to medium cloudy appearance.
2. Weiss Guy-German Style Hefeweizer: The one you can rely on. Let the crisp and refreshing taste of clove and banana bring clarity and absorb the cloudiness of any troubling thoughts. The colour ranges between gold to medium gold. Medium cloudy appearance with a good mouth feel and a mild tart backbone.
3. Uncle Dunkel-German Style Dunkelweizen: Our favourite mahogany brown sundowner. Unwind over a tall glass of dark goodness with aromas of banana and clove accentuated by the three charismatic C’s: cocoa, caramel and coffee. The mild tart backbone adds to the complexity of this beer which has a medium cloudy appearance and a good mouthfeel.
