Mumbai: Rod Wallace Appointed MD of Porsche Cars India

Mumbai, Jul 15: Porsche Cars India, the Indian arm of the global automobile major, Porsche, has appointed Rod Wallace as its new Managing Director.
       
With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Wallace would be responsible for overseeing the company's initiatives and operations in the growing Indian automobile market in his capacity as the Managing Director, a company press release said here on Tuesday.
       
"Our objective is to maximise the growth of Porsche in India by ensuring that the customer experience exceeds that of any other premium brand through the highest level of customer care," Wallace said in the release.
       
Prior to being appointed as Managing Director for the India operations, Wallace was handling responsibilities in South Africa.
