Mangaluru, Dec 26: Coastal Karnataka has been always known to be a communally sensitive area. Now a new task force has been set up to keep an eye on lovers belonging to different religions.

There have been allegations that many 'Love Jihad' cases are happening in the city and elsewhere in Dakshina Kannada district. The recent incident that can be cited as an example is that of Priyanka from Daregudde, Moodbidri. There have been several cases in which girls and boys from different religions elope without giving the slightest inkling about their plan to their parents, and leaving their close ones high and dry.

A new task force is being organized in coastal Karnataka. The objective of this task force is said to be stopping Hindu girls from falling prey to ulterior designs of 'Love Jihad' activists. Hindu organizations have been insisting that Muslim youngsters have been trapping Hindu girls through 'Love Jihad'. 'Hindu Task Force' is conceived as a measure to affectively block the influence of 'Love Jihad', and Rajashekarananda Swamiji of Vajradehi Math will provide leadership to this entity.

This task force is proposed to comprise of advocates, psychologists, social activists and workers of pro-Hindu organizations. They will keep a close watch on the movements of lovers from different religions. The aim of the task force is to separate these lovers by bringing a psychological transformation.

The Swamiji said that this task force will be operational in both Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.

Over 34,600 cases of rape have been reported across the country last year with Madhya Pradesh and Delhi topping the infamous list of states and union territories respectively.
The BJP Madhya Pradesh is followed by Rajasthan with 3,285 cases, Maharashtra with 3,063 and Uttar Pradesh with 3,050 rape cases.
As per the NCRB data, Madhya Pradesh at an average records 11 rapes every day, with a total of 4,335 such cases, which is the highest in 2013 among all other states.
Statistics says 92 women raped in India every day, 4 in Delhi.

Apart from this government and babas nexus in India has seen collateral damage. Accept BJP no other organisation claiming prostitution has come down after 'Demonetisation'. More than 5 lakh female foeticide takes place in India before they see the first ray of light.

Is ever Vajradehi Swamiji or Bajrang Dal or Durga Vahini(RSS women wing) ever thought of giving someone's daughter or sister freedom giving them decent life from prostituion?
How can Sangh parivar remain mute spectators when so many abortion kills daughter of this nation which they worship as 'Bharat Mata'?
Why don't swamiji take initiative marrying Bajrang Dal caders to this daughters who sell are forced sell skin?

For 'Love Jihad' and 'Triple Talaq' is the only vote bank politics. The social issues affecting the nation hardly matters because it don't bring vote.
Swamiji who has already shown his interest in politics wanted to be 'Yogi' of Karnataka. Unfortunately BJP has bankrupt of able candidates who can take the nation to 'development'.
So BJP's adopted son 'Vikas' has gone missing until they found Swamiji.
What is the point of draping 'saffron' robe and using religion if social issues can't be solved?
Why Swamiji don't raise the issue of babas who were found in raping their own disciples?
Excuse Swamiji we can read between the lines for votes. Don't exploit the Kannadiga for votes.

Dear Leaders, instead, educate the young ones the pros and cons of mixed attractions, effect on parents, their own family etc.. Use these Lawyers and Counsellors to engage all students for Moral Science classes, where they must learn the law of nature, society, different cultures etc. Which will definitely make children develop into responsible teens and youngsters.

BJP or its wing can make you understand what is "LOVE JIHAD" and from where it came, since in Islam it does not exist rather its prohibited to have any affair before marriage with Muslim or Non-Muslim girl or boy.... May be learnt from BPJ leaders Muktar Abbas, Shanawaz Hussain, Subramanya swami's daughter.

Couple of Muslim men married Hindu girls are not at all practising Muslims, just name sake Muslims and not even know basics of Islam.

Praveen, having religious openness and acceptance should come from both ends. It's not one particular community keeps their daughter's in all restrictions and confinements but allowing their community guys to prey on other community girls. Have you have any idea of what's happening in Kerala??? So many Hindu girls are targeted and lured in the name of love and they are either killed or trafficked for anti national activities. So despite all these you saying that we Hindu parents shouldn't be worried. How will you take it if anything similar happens to your family?? Peace loving, religious acceptance should come from both religions, not yet just on Hindus.

Very great noble move Swamiji. I'm saying this as noble since it will save life's of innocent Hindu girls. This should have been implemented long back. How many cases we hear day in and day out about Hindu girls been lured in name of love and then used as a object to achieve anti national deeds. Having said this, parents also needs to be vigilant and keep a eye on their daughters. Swamiji please advise parents as well.

I disagree you on this. What I have to say is, By making all these forces/groups people like swamiji or any other religious heads are making communalism is our society. Why you people term it as love jihad or ghar wapasi? can’t a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl love each other or a Hindu Girl and a Muslim boy? Why always religion pokes its nose in between if they have no problem with it? It’s not our business to interfere in their personal matters. India is a Democratic country remember that. No Swami or a priest have the right to go against anyone. Let love be the religion first and then term anyone as Hindu/Muslim/Christian. This thought of every Indian makes India inferior. India will be developed when these things get rid off first.

I have no intention to hurt anyone’s sentiments nor I’m pointing out anyone in specific. Just a thought 😊

By doing these kind of policing act, these are deemed as invasion of privacy & freedom of M'lore girls. Swamiji (....???) must first set the M'lore boys right so that girls don't find boys of other communities.., Swamiji also should research by checking the minds & hearts of Hindu girls..., what is that one thing that is missing among Hindu boys...!!!!

One suggestion ... the Hindu boys must first fulfill their matrimonial obligation before step into the self proclaimed task of nation building & protection of nationalism..,

We are living in a democracy where people have right to take their own decisions. We all know why this move, you want to contest for assembly election and elections are fought on issues, positive or negative. Thank God, I married my girl of different religion many years back well before these foolish Swamiji came to limelight. Who knows, probably he would have felicitated me for marrying a girl from other religion because the fool could have considered it as an achievement for Hindus!!!

I wonder what happened to college students of the day. There are many more colleges in Mangalore than the ones in our times. The student population has grown exponentially in the recent days. How can the youth bear with all these stupid announcements? Let the student leaders announce a strike, 'gherao' the mutt and insist the Swamiji to do only what he is supposed to do.

Students, beware. Tomorrow if you go to a coffee shop with your best friend of opposite gender, you might get beaten up.

handsome, beauty and attitude are three character concerned with love of two individuals. here religion won't come into picture. our learned swmaji should know vedaas and gitas never restricted these kind of love by a girl and a boy. the religion barrier was c created by we the human beings. i feel instead swamji have to bring harmony among inter religion society set up.
