Udupi: BJP Youth Morcha Embarks on Fortification of Lower Cadre of Activists

Udupi, Jul 16: State BJP youth morcha chief secretary Mahesh Tenginakai, is on a state-wide tour along with other office-bearers of the morcha. During the press meet held here on Wednesday July 16 afternoon, he said that booth-level activists' meets and youth morcha conventions will be held during this year.  South India-level youth activists’ convention will also be held on September 11 at Hyderabad. The party has also decided to hold north India-level youth activists convention on Saturday August 9, at Ramaleela Maidan in New Delhi, he said. 

The meeting of the executive committee of the morcha will be held at Tumkur from Saturday July 26 to Sunday July 27.  National leader and mentor L K Advani will have direct interaction with over 1,500 youth voters in Bangalore during October 2008.  BJP condemns the cancellation of the Jammu and Kashmir government's decision to allot land to Amarnath Shrine Trust. The BJP youth morcha urges the union government to hand over the possession of same land to the Trust.  BJP seeks to impose ban on Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD), as it is another face of banned organization Students Islamic Movement of India which is involved in igniting communal passions in the country, he explained. 

State youth morcha office-bearers Mallikarjuna Patil, Ravi Pavar, Annappa Jinaguli, BJP youth morcha general secretary Jeevan Kumar, secretary Murlidhar Pai, Raghuveer Shenoy, Giridar Prabhu, Divakar Shetty, Suprasad Shetty and others were present at the press meet.
