I am a regular traveller in Matsyagandha and usually buy the tomato soup as well as the masala/badam milk which is sold by the railway caterers vendors in uniform. If the passengers were duped by the badam milk vendor - either by the authorised one in which case the railway is responsible or by an unauthorised vendor who should not be allowed in the compartments (I travel by a/c)and should be booked by the railway police. In spite of such incidents recurring regularly, tdhe railways get away without any accountability. The passenger associations or some organisations should pursue the cases so that the railways are made answerable.

Simply disgusting. Public safety is utterly lacking. How could this happen in the railways? May be Lallu is busy at Loksabha !!

It is strange such a horrible act has been committed. What the Railway security was doing? I have noticed, whenever I travelled, even though the security guards appear when the train leaves, they are invariably missing en-route. They must be hand-in-gloves with the perpetrators.
