'Yogi Ji bhi kam khiladi nahin hain': PM Modi on UP CM's Twitter war with Siddaramaiah

New Delhi, Jan 13 (Zee News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday heaped praise on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is locked in a bitter war of words with his Karnataka counterpart S Siddaramaiah on social networking site Twitter.

Praising the saint-politician, PM Modi said that the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has successfully challenged many "acche khiladi" (legendary players) in the ''Twitter-Twitter ka khel" (game on Twitter).

''Yogi Ji bhi kam khiladi nahin hain. Kayi rajyon mein bahut logon ke saath hamare Yogi Ji twitter-twitter ka khel khel rhe hain. Aur twitter ke khel mein bhi acche acche khiladiyon ko unhone parast karke rakh diya hai,'' PM Narendra Modi said.

The remarks from the Prime Minister's comment came in the backdrop of a bitter war of words between the two chief ministers on Twitter.

On Monday, Siddaramaiah had mounted an offensive against Adityanath for daring him to ban cow-slaughter and asked, "I have reared cows, grazed them and even cleaned the dung. Has Yogi Adityanath done all these?"

The Karnataka CM was responding to his Uttar Pradesh's counterpart's remark where he had asked the former to prove his Hindu credentials by banning the slaughter of cows in the state.

On Sunday, the Karnataka chief minister, in a tweet, had suggested that Adityanath, who was in Bengaluru to attend the Nav Karnataka Parivartan Rally, visit one of the Indira canteens in the city to address the "issue of starvation" in his state.

Adityanath, not amused by the jibe, reminded Siddaramaiah about the suicide of farmers in Karnataka.

Two have also attacked each other over celebrating the Tipu Sultan birth anniversary.

Even if BJP is in power for the next 5 or 10 years or more the fight will go on and get even stronger by the day against corrupt and communal hatred politics and the politics of lies and deceit and the authoritarian and majoritarian way of functioning. We fight to win but if we lose we just continue fighting so BJP and their supporters should not expect to have any time for relaxation.

Indira canteen was started in Aug 2017 for your kind information. Moreover atleast CM Siddu took in a decision even though bcuz of elections or not. But it has helped the poor and needy in Bangalore to get a dignified breakfast and meal for Rs.5 and Rs.10 respectively.
    Atleast appreciate the good will.

R u sure MMS was ruling the country from 2004 to 2014 ?
If so how a so called economist allowed such big scams
to happen during that 10 years
Since 2014 subsidy (loot) and DTB has resulted in savings of more than one
    lakh crores per year

My point is terming about the approach of human nature which Modi stands nowhere in front of MMS. You will agree with me honestly.

No use guys. With these comments you are consoling yourselves. Bhadas nikal lo. Show will go on and as of now it looks like no one can stop. Karnataka may be a bit tricky for BJP but it could be a different ball game this time around. Difference could be that BJP has to sweat hard to gain from scratch but for congress it could be easier to fight. Let's see.

Does not the PM have more important work to do than get involved in some childish twitter messages. No wonder economy is in tatters. Everything is just a show baazi drama now. Just PR work but no actual work or achievements.
Yesterday when Union Minister from BJP Nitin Gadkari insulted the Indian Navy the PM's twitter went silent, there was no reaction on the minister's irresponsible comments.

one cases r handed over to junior benches ? If all r equal where is the question of
junior and senior .they forgot this basic point while dancing to the tune of some leftists and sickulard
