Bike & Scooter riders complusory should maintain Left Lane in Road while riding, Otherwise in future it's very difficult to Drive on Roads...Bike /Scooter riders go according to their Wil. Suddenly They stop on the road or change the Lanes....So 2 wheeler is the main Cause of Accidents.

Every person above 18 has a right to ride a vehicle. It's not about parents gifting their kids, it's about the pathetic infrastructure condition in our country and the apathy towards rules. The authorities are corrupt and lazy and the infrastructure is very poor. This is bound to happen.

For all you know the driver might be drunk
