According to President of India banning instant Triple Talaq bill is empowerment of India.
The one of the five petitioner Ishrat Jahan's who has joined the BJP her extra marital affair is being exposed.
But another Ishrat Jahan who's eight relatives being killed including her own toddler and rapedin Gujarat riots in Best Bakery case still waiting till to date awaiting for justice and denied her empowerment.

    1. Mr.President what do you say about Ishrat Jahan of Gujarat who ordeal is not less than 'Nirbhaya' of Delhi?
    2. Mr.President how will divorced Muslim women will feed her childrens if her husband is jailed for three years without compensation?
    3. Mr. President you swear to the constitution. The same constitution give freedom to practice one's religion without interference of the state. Why the bill is only stressed at Muslim women when divorce is common in all faiths?
    4. Mr. President why the bill drafted by RSS who have zero knowledge in the teaching of Islam, Prophet of Islam without being considered by the communities religious head considered legible?
    5. Mr. President do you know marriage in Islam is contract and Talaq is not favoured by Allah. The rights has given to both party according to the teaching of Islam. In Quranic way, both party can reconcile if they wanted to stay together again forgiving the past. But this bill put the husband behind the bars to hate her wife the most?
    6. Mr.President banning Talaq is empowerment, what about the education, health, social security, political representation, curbing sexual abuse, having stringent punishment for rapist... are not consider empowerment?
    7. Lastly, how much knowledge in Islam you and your party poses in Islam and its teachings before you signing this bill into law?

Mr. SMR. The constitution knows only one religion. That religion in big black bold is called INDIAN. This answers all your questions on Triple Talaq raised here. The decission favors wemen who are Indian Citizens in the first place and their welfare is the countries concerns. Lets not have an Owaisi mindset here while dealing with such issues and equating yourself to Middle east citizens. Its obvious from what Muhammad al-Arifi says.

Sir, Zero knowledge in Indian constitution does reflected in your views.
One of the rights ensured by the Indian Constitution is the privilege of Freedom of Religion. As a secular country, each national of India has the privilege to the opportunity of religion, i.e. ideal to take after any religion. The right to freedom of religion is all around depicted in the Articles 25, 26, 27 and 28 of Indian constitution.

The Indian Constitution guarantees certain fundamental rights which were described in articles 12 to 35, which shape Part III of the Constitution. Among these articles, art., 25 and 26 are the two key articles ensuring religious freedom.

The above statement was delivered by the President himself but with a minor correction, he had Islam and Christianity are alien to this nation not the people who are following it. And there is nothing wrong in that statement as both Islam and Christianity are not Religion of this land. They originated elsewhere unlike Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism or Sikhism , they have nothing to do with this land.It was brought mostly by Invaders who were butchers

Why involve everyone in your problem?? All belongs to India and constitution is supreme for all. What we need is peace, harmony, progress, upliftment of all. Basically, President must stress on the need to recognise all in terms of economic criteria and remove all sorts of casts, religion, sub cast etc etc, from all our documentation to achieve good governance, allround progress of all.

    well said
The truth is hard to digest
Facts and history cannot be changed
President is right - socialism and party of appeasement has destroyed India
Keeping them backward economically or educationally is not good for the nation
treat them equally and we all grow together

People who live in other countries especially in the Gulf do not get special privileges even if they belong to the same religion and the minorities there do not get special rights and benefits- it's ONLY IN INDIA.

@What was the context to remind Indians of such an important truth?. What difference it makes by being latecomers?

It's an irony that the community to which he belongs is considered as lower class by some of his native Indians.
