Infiltration bid foiled on IB in J&K


Jammu, Feb 2 (IANS): An infiltration bid was foiled overnight by the Border Security Force (BSF) troopers on the international border in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district.

"Noticing suspicious movement on the IB late Thursday, alert troops fired, forcing a group of infiltrating militants to withdraw back into the Pakistani side of the border," the BSF sources said.
