Looks like Mr. Ronald Prabhu is ready to criticize, if anything doesn't fit his bill. Mr. Prabhu, according to the news, UNION GOVT. has proposed the act, not Acharya or his BJP Govt. By the way, if it is implemented properly and sincerely the proposed act is very good as a deterrent, as most of the victims of acid attack are ladies.

Dear Home minister, I thought of BJP will change something in our present system, but.... Instead of announcing death penalty & fine of one lakh, you should have decided to hand over the culprit to the public to carry out the punishment, it would have been quite beneficial for the public since we have to pay his expenses when he is in jail through tax. Amend the law so that public should be able to punish them.

Will the 1 lac rupees fine be collected before or after serving the death penalty. Mr. Acharya is good at making jokes.
