People voted NDA for Ram Temple, not Triple Talaq law: Pravin Togadia

Aurangabad, Feb 10 (PTI): In a veiled attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ruling BJP, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) international working president Pravin Togadia on Friday said that people voted the NDA to power for building Ram temple in Ayodhya, and not for making laws on triple talaq.

He also said the government should pass a legislation to pave the way for construction of the temple.

"People have voted you to power not for making laws on triple talaq, but for the construction of Ram mandir in Ayodhya," Togadia told reporters at Aurangabad on Friday.

Togadia, who is on a two-day tour of Aurangabad and Parbhani, arrived in the city on Thursday evening.

"A law should be passed for the construction of Ram temple, so that it is built soon. Whether to make a law on triple talaq or not is up to the government, but they should make a law for Ram temple," he added.

"We have faith in the judiciary, but since the temple has not been built, a law should be passed in this regard so that it can be constructed without the mosque adjacent to it," he said.

He said the apex court once again adjourned the hearing on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute.

A Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra on Friday said it would hear the appeals in the Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi dispute on March 14.

"Since long, the Hindu community has been waiting for the temple, hence it should be built," Togadia said.

In view of the VHP leader's visit, the city police have put in place tight security arrangements.

"Seven hundred policemen, including two DCPs, five ACPs and 17 police inspectors, have been deployed to provide security," he said.

modi and bjp will never build ram temple. only because of hatred between religions they are ruling india.
i am pitty on bhakts now, because they are also on shocking mode, to whom they want to support. they voted modi because he will make india to hindu rastra and most of all he will build ram temple, and also everyone will get 15 lakhs to their accounts, dollar price will be equal to rupee, and bhakts will live their life happily.
    but
    but
    but
nothing happened, so they are in confusing mode now.
bhakts don't know, because of congress ruled this country more than 60 years a chaiwala boy became prime minister of this country and in less than 10 years ruled by bjp, they bring graduates and post graduates to sell pakodas in street.

Its high time Indian leaders to get on to development such as good rods, water, electricity. employment and cleanliness. Leave faith and religion to individual. People of India should remind them that India belongs to the citizens of all religions as per constitution! India will be a developed country very soon if we are wise on religion and place of worship.

BJP insiders must be thinking 'the dose that ended him in the hospital wasn't lethal enough'

    People elected BJP for :
    'Governance with a difference;
    'Achche Din'
    'Make in India'
    'Employment to the youth'
'Americans lining up for jobs in India'
'Jail to Saas-Daamaad-beta within 100 days of coming to power'
'Bringing Black Money that is in volume sufficient to distribute @ 15 L per per Indian'
    And yes,
    'Building Ram Mandir'

Togadia need not be disappointed. Modi did not fulfill even one of the above promises, so he has done just to all those lament over inability to build the temple -he was in-discriminating.

Temple is just one of the many promises. Retrieving black money from Swiss banks and distributing the proceeds @ 15 lakh/head, creating 2 crore jobs, nabbing Dawood, jailing Gandhi family....just to name a few. But as per Shah, whatever promised to polarize electorate and to garner votes is nothing but Jumla. But as public memory being very short, people may just forget the past and begin to repose their trust yet again in Jumla masters. Even if they do remember, nothing can beat the mother of all Jumlas: the EVM.

People voted NDA for economic development. However NDA has completely failed in handling economy. Almost all government banks are under loss, demonetization a very big failure. Budget 2018 is a sham!

Now BJP is using Hindutva to fool people. They will loose Karnataka, Rajasthan, MP and many more states to come. #INCFor2019

PS : I support Triple Talak Bill. No one can deny women their right.
