Cloudy Saturday morning in Delhi


New Delhi, Feb 24 (IANS): It was a cloudy morning in the national capital on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded at 17 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average.

"It was a generally cloudy sky in the morning. There is a possibility of development of thunder towards the afternoon/evening," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.

The humidity at 8.30. a.m. was 85 per cent.

Friday's maximum temperature was 31.1 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 15.5 degrees Celsius, four degrees above the season's average.
