Mangaluru, Mar 8: On the occasion of Women's Day, KMC Hospital Attavar will organise a free 'Breast Cancer Screening' camp along with breast self-examination education to create awareness on breast cancer which is common among women in the present world.
Breast cancer is a cancer that develops from the breast tissue. Signs of breast cancer may show a lump in the breast, a change in breast shape, dimpling of the skin, fluid coming out from the nipple or a red scaly patch of skin.
The free breast cancer screening camp will be held on March 9 and 10 at the surgery department of KMC Hospital Attavar from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. Individuals can avail free consultation service.
Furthermore, for a complete evaluation of the patient, camp patients can avail 20% discount on all radiology investigations and 10% discount on pharmacy and lab investigations.
