Kuwait: KKMA Celebrates I-Day With Enthusiasm

Kuwait, Aug 20: The Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association (KKMA), recently celebrated India's 61st Independence Day with a variety of programmes at Infra auditorium, Abbassiya. The  event was hosted by the socio-cultural affairs unit of KKMA, the largest Indian expatriate organization in the country.

Abdul Fathah Thayyil, general secretary, KKMA, delivered the keynote address emphasizing the role of the youth in shaping society and the nation.  B M Iqbal,  vice-president, KKMA and the leader of the socio-cultural team, presided over the function.

A P Abdul Salam, acting president, KKMA, was also present. S M Basheer,  sports wing director,  gave a multimedia presentation. Abdul Rahman Kodungalloor recited verses from the Holy Qura'n at the start of the function.

    Excellent job done by KKMA, really great to see the Indians in Kuwait showing their nationalistic feelings towards their loving country, thanks Mr. iqbal bai and team Mangalore, Really you are doing good job. May Allah help you, keep it up

    We all know that KKMA is doing very good charity and social works,also they have some dynamic leadership.Congrats to Mr.Iqbal & Mr.Basheer from mangloreans doing very good works in kuwait,keep the good works guys god bless you and also all the member of KKMA for thier good works.
