Dubai, Aug 23 : Billawas Dubai and Northern Emirates will be celebrating the 154th birth anniversary of Brahmashree Narayana Guru on Friday, August 29. The programmes connected thereto, will be held between 4 pm and 9 pm that day at the Karama Centre Hall located at Karama, Dubai.
