Congress needs to adjust, Gowda is a good man: Mamata

New Delhi Mar 28 (DHNS): Finding fault with the Congress for its attack on JD(S) during Karnataka campaign, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday said the grand old party needs to accommodate other parties along in the fight against BJP.

Describing JD(S) national president H D Deve Gowda as a "good man", she reminded the Congress that it supported him when his government when became the prime minister in 1996.

"Our wish is that Congress' relationship with JD(S) in Karnataka is harmonious. Why should it disintegrate? Why there is a change, I don't know. Congress needs to adjust. I cannot tell Congress what it should do. It is their prerogative. If you ask my opinion, as a layman, I will say that they should be together," Banerjee told reporters.

Her response came when asked whether she would campaign in Karnataka along with other Opposition chief ministers.

Though she did not mention directly, her comments came against the backdrop of Congress stepping up attack against JD(S), which has formed an alliance with BSP for the Karnataka Legislative Assembly polls. Congress president Rahul Gandhi has described JD(S) as "Janata Dal (Sangh)" and not Janata Dal (Secular), claiming that it was acting in the interest of BJP.

"It (campaigning) depends on what kind of relationship one has with the other party. In Tripura, we wanted to have ties with Congress. But it has other views. It is Congress' prerogative what they want," Banerjee said.

The West Bengal chief minister's comments are seen as part of her efforts to build a broad front against BJP. Trinamool Congress sources said the party does not want the Opposition to fight each other and pool in all resources to defeat the BJP.

How can the congress ever trust Deve gowda, when he brought down the Dharam Singh government just for his son to become CM at the cost of the state? He then even back stabbed the BJP. This man has no morals and ethics and he only cares for himself and his family. BJP would never have got a foothold in the state if not for Deve Gowda's lust for power. Now his own survival is in doubt and he wants at least 15 -20 seats to remain in the limelight. To achieve this he needs the congress, which is why he is behaving like a sheep now, and once the elections are over the true wolf will show itself. Never ever trust Deve Gowda. I hope the congress has learnt that by now.

Deve Gowda is the person firstly colluded with BJP to form cohilition government with BJP.

Deve Gowda;s JDS and Dharm Singh of Congress government was in a cohilition and Dharam Singh was a Chief MInister.

To give Chief Ministerial Position to Kumaraswamy, Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy hatched conspiracy towards the Congress and derailed Congress Government.

JDS AND BJP formed the government in 2005 in a mutual understanding two and half years plus two and half years.

JDS ruled two and half years and never give power to BJP.

There arose election once again and in 2008 first time in Karnataka's history BJP won the majority only because of JDS Kumaraswamy and Deve Gowda miscalculated conspiracy to Congress.

NOW JDS IS SINKING AND GOWDA IS THINKING ALIGNING WITH CONGRESS ONCE AGAIN.

CONGRESS SHOULD NOT TAKE SUPPORT OF ANY PARTY.

CONGRESS CAN FORM THE GOVERNMENT AT ITS OWN.

MAMATA'S TMC WAS A SPLIT FROM THE CONGRESS.

NOW MAMATA THINKS OF FORMING A FORMIDABLE FORCE AGAINST BJP BECAUSE OF HER OWN BENEFIT IN WEST BENGAL.

CONGRESS IS GOOD ENOUGH TO FIGHT AGAINST ALL THE FORCES TO ASSEMBLIES AND TO LOK SABHA ELECTIONS.

CONGRESS SHOULD BRING YOUNG PEOPLE TO FIGHT ELECTIONS AND THE YOUTH ARE A FORCE TO CONVINCE THE YOUNG GENERATION VOTERS TOWARDS CONGRESS VOTES.

I WANT ALL BUDDA, BUDDA'S OF CONGRESS SHOULD BE REMOVED AND GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO YOUNG CONGRESS PEOPLE

One must understand that once upon a time, C.M. Siddaramaiah was the Right Hand of JDS Supremo . When importance was not duly given to him Siddaramaiah rightly left the JDS and has never looked back .
In fact its not at all been easy for him to complete his current tenure as C.M. and has done a decent job despite all the pressure he is facing from everyone including his own party.

Yes Deva Gowda is good man and has also done much for Agriculture an Farmers , but he must remember that he was just Hobson's choice to be selected as P.M. and just a wrong dish of Kesari Bhath cut short his brief tenure at the Centre.

But HDK is a different mettle altogether and is ready to even
sleep with the enemy over power sharing and has proved it to all.

Mamta Did herself is a time server and cannot be trusted and
keeps dilly dallying and likes to keep everyone on Tender Hooks.
She is best suited for West Bengal Region only.

. . . . but Mamata is not aware that his son HDK is in control of JDS party and cannot be trusted and he also does not obey his father HDD nor follows all his instructions.
Therefore the Congress party is staying away from the opportunistic, ideology lacking JDS party.
