C.P. Joshi removed as Congress Bihar pointsman


New Delhi, Apr 2 (IANS): Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Monday removed senior leader C.P. Joshi as the party in-charge of Bihar, replacing him with Shaktisinh Gohil.

"The party appreciates the hard work and contribution of C.P. Joshi, who is relieved from the charge of General Secretary in-charge of Bihar," a Congress statement said.

In another rejig, Gandhi appointed Anugrah Anand Narayan Singh as the Congress pointsman of Uttarakhand.
