HC notice to media houses for disclosing Kathua victim's identity

New Delhi, Apr 13 (PTI): The Delhi High Court today issued notices to several media houses for disclosing the identity of the eight-year-old girl who was gangraped and killed in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district.

A bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Hari Shankar, which took up the issue on its own after coming across print and electronic media reports, sought a response from the media houses, asking why action should not be taken against them on the matter.

The girl from the nomadic Bakerwal Muslim community had disappeared from near her home in the forests next to Rasana village in Kathua, 90 km from here, on January 10.
A week later, her body was found in the same area.

The state police Crime Branch, which probed the case, filed a main chargesheet against seven accused persons and a separate chargesheet against a juvenile in a court in Kathua district earlier this week.

The chargesheet revealed chilling details about how the girl was allegedly kidnapped, drugged, raped inside a place of worship before being killed.

Why there was no anger against people who drove "Kashmir Pandits " from their native place how many women /girls were raped /killed and also men were tortured and forcibly converted at gun point / nobody was talking since 25 years .
More over when our security persons were attacked with stones all sickulars r against using pallet guns against them why ? Just because attackers were belonging to piece loving religion?
More over when "nirbhaya " killer was given money nobody raised any voice ? That too by an elected CM if Delhi ? just because he belongs to minority
Shame on such people who always see majority /minority in rape also and take sides depending upon the religion of the accused

When Delhi High Court want to protect the identity of victim many of us don't know who is this little girl of Bakkarwala community tribe.
“Who was Asifa ? She was an eight years old daughter of Bakerwals. Who are Bakerwals ? A nomad tribe who when spotted the Kargil intruders promptly informed the army .Who are the people who are trying to protect the rapists of this little girl . ? Now it is your turn to answer.”

“How many more children like baby Asifa will be sacrificed at the intersect of religion & politics? How many more children will have to suffer unimaginable crimes before we wake up? I’m disgusted. It’s time for swift action. We owe it to Asifa and to humanity. #justiceforAsifa.”

Imagine what goes through the mind of an 8 yr old as she is drugged, held captive, gang raped over days and then murdered.
If you don’t feel her terror, you are not human. If you don’t demand Asifa get justice, you belong to nothing.
Regardless of caste and creed it is time for women of India to raise their voice. It may be 8 year girl turn 'Aasifa'. Tomorrow our sisters, daughter who may be raped mercilessly d
What has really shaken the conscience of sane people in India and abroad is how Hindutva zealots masquerading as lawyers, judge and politicians came out in the open in support of the rapists and killers of Asifa.
Rape victim was kept confined inside a ‘Devi’-sthan temple,Kathua days as she was gang-raped by Hindutva fanatics. One police officer then requested that he be allowed to rape for one last time before killing the victim. Another rapist, a juvenile, then trampled over the little child’s neck to ensure she was dead.
    1. Where is our India which stood for 'Nirbhaya' rape in moving bus who died later of her injuries?
    2. Where is our 'Bollywood' which proudly produce item songs?
    3. Where is our mass media which shouts with high tone every evening ?
    4. Why is all of our women rights organisation of India is in slumber mode?
    5. Do our PM Modi ever like to speak?

Subject the rapists to chemical castration first.

Then tie them to a tree and then go on with physical castration in broad view of public. Then there will be no more lust.

Further bring to minds how the monsters dragged that little angel into the temple and use a similar method.

Spread out coals of burning fire and spikey thorns and nails in their paths and drag them along that path finally bringing them to the tree to tie them up and then castrate.

This is the punishment they deserve. But sadly it does not happen in India where there is BJP rule. Only crimes happen and not punishments.
