Beltangady: Two arrested, 6 kg of ganja confiscated

Beltangady, Apr 14: Police have arrested two people for trying to sell ganja and confiscated 6 kilograms of ganja, worth Rs 6 lac and one car from them.

Abdul Sinan (22) and Mohammad Tausheeb (21), residents of Kajur are the accused who were arrested by the police. They were trying to sell ganja to college students near Ujire on Friday April 13.

A police team led by Girish Kumar, police sub-inspector, conducted the operation under the guidance of Sandesh P G, inspector.
