This is not a blame game era.
Peeche ka chod aage ka soch.
We need quick, undisputed action by the government.
Criminality cannot be suppressed without strickt and stringent law.

    Flavian, I understand.
But when someone blames 4 years of Modi for everything in India, I just rebut with 60 years of Congress. Thats all.

I have a very rational analysis of the increasing number of rapes in India.
In India with the advent of information technology and telecommunications, each and every person can afford internet data for a very cheap price. The smartphones too are very much affordable. Along with these people are gifted with unlimited access to porn sites. Perverts who access these material have no way to quench their lust. Brothels are illegal. Consensual sex is also illegal. The only way left is forceful sex.
India, need to implement stringent laws for harsh punishment for rapists. Along with this strict measures to be implemented to restrict child porn and other inhuman porn material on the internet.
But the paradox is that there will be always outcry from 'candle vigil holders' that government should not interfere in personal freedom to watch whatever they want.
Any other views in contrast are welcome.
