New Delhi, Apr 17 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 23.3 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain clear with strong surface wind likely during day time," an India Meteorological Department official told IANS.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 39 degrees Celsius while the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 45 per cent.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 40 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 22.4 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
