Udupi, Apr 18: 153 Border security force (BSF) personnel who arrived in the city to maintain security during Vidhana Sabha elections conducted a route march along with Kaup circle police inspector and staff in sensitive places including Katpady, Kaup market, Uchila, Padubidri, Shirva, Mudarangadi and Moodubelle.
Kaup circle police inspector V S Halamurthy Rao, BSF inspector Vinod Kumar, sub inspector Prashanth Kumar Sharma, Kaup PSI Nithyananda Gowda, Shirva PSI Abdul Khader, Padubidri PSI Sathish, crime PSI Shekar, Gaur Kumar, 78 members from BSF and Kaup circle police station staff took part in the march.
