New Delhi, Apr 22 (IANS): It was a sunny and pleasant morning in the national capital on Sunday with the minimum temperature recorded at 21.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, the Met Office said.
The weather office has predicted a windy day ahead. "The sky will remain clear with strong surface winds likely to occur during the day," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 47 per cent.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 34.3 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
