New Delhi, May 2 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy morning in the national capital on Wednesday with the minimum temperature recorded at 27 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The day ahead will continue to remain generally cloudy with the possibility of rain or thunderstorm later," an India Meteorological Department official (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature was expected to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 60 per cent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 37.6 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
