Udupi, May 4: Minister Pramod Madhwaraj analyzed that local Member of Parliament Shobha Karandlaje has insulted Lord Sri Krishna by speaking about threat to life faced by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, at Sri Krishna Math.

He was criticizing Shobha for her statement issued at Bengaluru that the Prime Minister's proposed visit to Sri Krishna Math at Udupi was cancelled at the last minute because of the threat perception to his life at the Math, as per the assessment of special protection group. He said that by talking of insecurity within Sri Krishna Math, Shobha has not only insulted Lord Krishna, but also the people of the district.

Speaking to media persons here on Thursday May 3, Pramod mentioned that as far as law and order situation is concerned, this district has been considered one of the best districts in the state. "One should be proud of this situation. lt was improper to allege threat perception to the Prime Minister here," he opined.

    Modhiji is scared to face Lord Sri Krishna, because he sidelined Dronacharya and Bhishmacharya.To avoid any curse ( complications) from Lord, he had no Darshan. It's okay, but Shobha's answer is not appropriate. Dear Pramod, if you did good ,the result will be good. In Srimad Bhagavadgeedha, Chapter Karma Yoga, Lord blesses to who do good deeds.

    Insult or not, only Lord will decide. It is the place which is open for Lord's devotees and not conducting any business or politics. Modi can come there at time in future for his prayers. He never announced that he will not visit this temple. God bless all.

    Shobaji has lost her mind-set. So no worries. Otherwise - with so much of Safety Guards (Local Police, black-cat commandos, personal bodyguards with the Pm) what security issue she is raising. She has no answer; so just tried to send a dursu-bana ..... useless to talk about her.

    Yes exactly, udupi district is a peaceful district so as the people loving and welcoming nature.

    Shobha is spoiling this good image unnecessarily by opening her biggest dinosaur dirty mouth. She has not lagged behind even to destroy the name of Lord Krishna and the famous mutt..greed is soo much that anyhow and anyway they want to blackmail voters by vomiting venom, much more poisonous than those of animals.

    What type of mentality... Very dirty..how these people sleep peacefully without checking their conscience..gun is useless.

    People do not expect political leaders to visit temples or religious places. If they are visiting it is for their own personal purpose or for political purposes.

    Whether it is PM Modi or CM Siddha, let them concentrate on governance, people are not bothered whether they visit religious places or not.

    I think all are getting carried away at this moment,
    all these politicians or political talk is happening during election times, promises etc etc and one trying to be the better then the other and promises, and I guess all know the reasons is only to get the public mileage and vote bank politics,
    and our politicians love to get in religion, farmers, Dalit names and concerns in immediately whenever any politicians tongue slips and they try to take advantage in full or in part of the words used by any particular politician.

    very good example is this particular mature\immature politician who says insulting Lord Shri Krishna. is dragging a religion\God for getting political mileage giving it a communal touch diplomatically ?
    these are the politicians are communal and we common people should understand the political communal vote bank politics , unless we common people become stupid, and they make the common people more stupid by creating unnecessary communal emotions and talk about others being communal when they themselves are,
    doesn't it really mean this guy politician is involving a religion\God saying and he is being communal involving religion?
    These are just thoughts, no need to agree or disagree favoring any political party

    Only persons with clean heart, clean deeds, clean words and who keep the promise or sincerely apologize to the poor for not keeping promise are safe with Udupi Shri Krishna.

    Others should clean themselves by offering everything to poor and enter to he house of the Lord Udupi Shri Krishna with a heart of small child.
