Bengaluru: Election day - State govt declares public holiday on May 12

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, May 4: To enable voters to exercise their franchise on polling day, the state government has declared May 12 as a general holiday.

Holiday has been declared to all the state and central government offices, schools and colleges in the state. An order to this affect was issued on Thursday May 3.

This holiday will not apply to emergency services and government employees on poll duty.

Wherever polling booths have been set up in government offices and schools, the electoral officers concerned have been empowered to declare holiday on May 11 for making preparations, and also on May 15 depending on the necessity, at centres where votes will be counted.

Dear Kannadigas as per the internal report BJP has planned for mass scale of rigging through EVM this time in Karnataka similar way in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
    Following are my advice
    1. Please click the Serial Number of EVM and VVPAT which you are voting.
    2. Please check that paper dropping in VVPAT is same as your pressed vote.
    3. Please video record if the votes are selecting against your pressed button.
    4. Please report if EVM works abnormally through Twitter or Whatsapp.
5.Please report if any additional device is connected to the machine.
    6. Please report if any unauthorised person present within polling station.

As per the preliminary report, a wide scale of 'Salami fraud' similar to Gujarat assembly elections is planned in Karnataka by transferring Congress votes in particular to the 'NOTA'.

Salami Fraud: It is similar financial fraud removing small percentage of votes without the knowledge of the voters and transferring it to the party of winning candidate with small margin.

It should be noted that in last Nagpur meet in RSS, BJP party president Amit Shah has confidently said BJP will win Karnataka even before election dates are announced.

Congress, JD(S), CPI(M) and other small parties need to be extra vigilant in this time Karnataka assembly elections.

Election Commision of India is already proved leaned to the BJP. It has failed to provide the clarification chip installed on every EVM which exported to India from Indian owned manufacturer who themself facing charges in US Court. This company also has connection with Gujarat Gas fraud worth Rs 20000 crores.

    Jai Karnataka
