New Delhi, May 5 (IANS): It was a sunny morning in the national capital on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded at 25.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
The Met has predicted a partly cloudy day ahead.
"It was a clear morning. However, the sky is likely to get partly cloudy towards the afternoon/evening," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees, he said.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 64 per cent.
Friday's maximum temperature settled at 37.1 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 22.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
