Trooper injured in J&K grenade attack


Srinagar, May 7 (IANS): A trooper was injured on Monday as militants hurled a grenade at security force party in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama town, police said.

Police said a Central Reserve Police Force trooper was injured in the explosion in Tahab Chowk area.

"The area has been cordoned off for searches," a police officer said.
