Nitin Kulkarni appointed Quick Heal's new CFO


New Delhi, May 11 (IANS): Software security firm Quick Heal Technologies on Friday announced the appointment of Nitin Kulkarni as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Kulkarni would oversee the financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, accounting, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as managing transactional processing systems, legal, tax and investor relations functions, the company said in a statement.

"During this exciting phase in the company's life cycle, I look forward to help the company continue its growth momentum," Kullkarni said.

His past assignments included financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, auditing and more in companies like Tech Mahindra and Persistent Systems.

"At the strategic level, he will have a pivotal role in executing our future initiatives," added Kailash Katkar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Quick Heal Technologies.

"We will work towards the objective of enhancing stakeholder value," Katkar said.
