Mangaluru: Counting begins for Karnataka elections

Mangaluru, May 15: The much-awaited counting for the Karnataka assembly elections has begun for 222 out of the 224 seats in the state.

In Mangaluru, the counting is taking place at Mahatma Gandhi Centenary High School and PU College, Bondel for the eight constituencies of Dakshina Kannada district.

Dakshina Kannada polled a voter turnout of 77.63 while Udupi recorded a turnout of 78.87%.

Tight security is in place in both the districts for peaceful counting.

    I tell from first no one tust. Only problem Yeddy CM then bad Karnataka. Reddy full swing too much money. High commissioner think to change CM immediately. Too many sweets I am eating. Halady only making development.

    When they have decided to give a ticket to all Reddy brothers & associates ..!! that means the EVM has their side.. hence it has been planed some-how need to be wash-out the Karnataka..
    Again the statement of Yeddy .. that he will give in a writing that the he will be sure that he is going to be a CM..
    So here you can make out .. how much it has been planed…
    No wonder .. EVM machine has been made by Reliance group…

    High time to realize that majority sentiments need to be respected at least a little bit. (This is the norm in any country and that will not harm the secular fabric of the country).
