New Delhi, Jun 5 (IANS): It was a hot and sunny Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.4 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The city may witness strong surface winds during the daytime," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 41 degrees Celsius and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 59 per cent.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 41.7 degree Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 30.4 degree Celsius.
