Hang godmen involved in illegal activities, says Baba Ramdev

Kota, Jun 20 (PTI): Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev opined that self-styled godmen or 'Babas' involved in illegal activities should be hanged to death for violating the limits of their work.

"Whoever violates those limits should not only be sent to jail, but should be hanged till death. There should not be any compromise on this," Baba Ramdev told media in Kota.

The Yoga guru further stated that donning saffron-coloured clothes is not the only criteria for being a religious leader.

"Every profession has its own limitation. There is a protocol for every job; same is with the babas. Just by donning saffron clothes, one cannot be called a baba. It is all about character," he added.

Baba Ramdev's reaction came after another case of rape and fraud surfaced against a self-styled godman.

Daati Maharaj, a self-styled godman, has been accused of raping a disciple inside Shani Dham two years ago.

The case has been transferred to the Delhi Police's Crime Branch.

    This fake baba Ramdev who is nothing short of Modi and Shah toilet paper needs to be stoned in public and hung from the tallest tree. Once hung need to set red ants on him so he can wigglke and twist with his yoga postures until the last breath is taken away from ! He should be the first one who should get both punishments !!! Perhaps Modi and Shah can be hung along with their good friend baba Ramthem!

    Recently, a journalist Priyanka Pathak-Narain penned a biography on the nominal godman and business tycoon, Baba Ramdev. Her book titled, “Godman to Tycoon: The Untold Story of Baba Ramdev” covers almost entire orbit of Ramdev’s life.
    From yoga guru to television star to business tycoon, his biography has everything that is still far away from anyone’s knowledge. The book also covers three murder mysteries surrounding Baba Ramdev.
    1. Guru Shankardev (Ramdev’s Guru) who is missing since 2007
    Ramdev’s guru Swami Shankar Dev mysteriously went missing in July 2007. According to a Dainik Bhaskar report, in 2012, a man named Rakesh accused Ramdev of killing his guru. The man alleged that Ramdev chopped him off and immersed his remains in river Ganga. However, Ramdev was on a trip to Britain when Shankar Dev disappeared and returned to India two months later his disappearance.
    2. Murder of Vaidya Swami Yogananda of Ayurveda
    Everyone was shocked when, in 2004, Acharya Yogananda’s body was found lying in his house. For almost 8 years, Baba Ramdev produced his medicine on the license of Yogananda. Their partnership ended in 2003, a year before Yogananda’s death, which led to suspicion on Ramdev.
    3. Death of Rajiv Dixit
    The idea of Swadeshi, which Baba Ramdev proposed to the nation, was actually prepared by Rajiv Dixit who had also formed a political party in association with Baba Ramdev. In 2010, Rajiv was found dead in his bathroom. The reason behind his death was said to be a heart attack but followers of him had asked for investigation which never happened.

    The Uttarakhand Government alone had registered 81 cases against him and his company.He was caught on camera discussing bribery against BJP candidates. His aide secret meeting with India's most wanted terror Hafiz Saeed.
    Ramdev a 'baba' in disguise deserves to be hanged for his crime. But he is RSS political icon BJP wanted him to award 'Padma Vibhushan'.

    All this past few years he was silent.....now he has suddenly woken up...and this is just the trailer...soon u will see a lot of baba ramdev's opinions, comments and one-eye winking on all TV channels, leading up to 2019 elections, openly campaigning for BJP....

    India wants to know 2 answer from him..
    1. How a penniless baba from poor background became rich and controlling multi billion corporation.

    2. While living at the foot of the Himalayas, he pledged to spend the rest of his life as a sanyasi. He forswore possessions and renounced the material world.

    But today he can be found in the most material of places. Turn on an Indian TV, and there’s Ramdev, a supple yoga megastar in saffron robes, demonstrating poses on one of the two stations he oversees. Flip the channel, and there’s Ramdev in commercials selling shampoo and dish soap. .
