Mangaluru, Jun 28: Lotus Properties, a partnership firm run by Jitendra Kottary and Sampath Shetty have successfully completed two projects ‘Spring Dale Apartments’ and ‘Lotus Sapphire’ at Urwa Store in Mangaluru.
Jitendra Kottary and Sampath Shetty, who have vast experience and already made their mark in the real estate business, have launched two projects ‘Lotus Krish’ and ‘Lotus Avenue’ which are under construction and have proposed a project ‘Lotus Paradise’. Lotus properties has its own in-house construction team.

One of the under construction project ‘Lotus Avenue’ is located at Bunts Hostel with 20 office spaces. The specifications of Lotus Avenue includes reinforced cement concrete framed structure, external walls built with laterite stone with double plastering and internal walls with laterite stones concrete blocks.

There is also pest control treatment on the site and two automatic elevators of 10 passengers and 8 passengers. The specifications includes 24 hour generator backup with soundproof enclosure, concrete interlock paving for the car parking and yard, Kohler Jaguar plumbing fittings for common toilets, ceramic wall cladding up to full height for all the toilets. All water supply lines and drainage lines will be of UPVC pipes of heavy gauge in the building.
