Somebody has lost his/her source of income and people comment irresponsibly. I don't understand. If you are unable to help someone, pls dont hurt them by your irresponsible comments. Anything can happen to anyone. So please be good at least by your thoughts and words. Gulf store...please bounce back as soon as possible. God is great.

This shop is in my neighborhood. a short circuit can be the factor as any misuse of the alternative current plug in points will result in such disasters, sorry to see the shop burnt as these people were in fairly good business

Short Circuit suspected really??? But I am suspecting claim of Insurance money. Put fire in your shops or complexes and claim insurance. That's how it works these days.

Just wondering - are these shops insured for losses like fire/flood/storm or other calamity ? So much of goods inside, do they have an inventory ? Whom they will approach for the loss ? Certainly not MESCOM because if they have maintained their electrical accessories which may have caused the short circuit, I don't think MESCOM is responsible for that.

    Sad.

For your information and others too. There is a policy which can be purchased also commonly known as Shopkeepers policy. He is covered for similar situation also for theft vandalism etc. Sadly very few of them willingly opt for this. Also somewhere on the electrical side corners may have been cut on safety costs during wiring of the shop. Only investigation will clear the scenario.
