Mangaluru, Jun 30: The investiture ceremony of Milagres CBSE School, Mangaluru for the academic session 2018-19 was held with great pomp and dignity in a special ceremony at the Milagres degree college Hall recently.

The event was presided over by campus director of Milagres Educational Institutions and the torch bearer of Education Maria D’Costa, the school principal and vice-principal. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.

The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. It commenced with the welcome, lighting of the lamp followed by the prayer.

The elected leaders were conferred with badges and sashes by the chief guest Maria D’Costa and campus director Fr Michael Santhumayor. The student council took the pledge to hold the school motto ‘Passion for perfection’ in high esteem. Maria D Costa in her address enlightened the members of the student council and the members of the clubs and wished them success said to excel in life. The campus director congratulated and felicitated the newly elected members and club members and advised them to perform their duties with diligence and responsibility. Head boy Larren Raj rendered the vote of thanks and expressed to all those who helped to make this day successful. The programme concluded with the school anthem.
