Mangaluru: St Ann's PU College celebrates Vanamahotsava

Mangaluru, Jul 6: St Ann’s PU College celebrated Vanamahotsava day on Thursday, July 5. The students of first PU science presented an inspiring programme on the occasion.

Sr Maria Rithika presided as the chief guest. The programme began with a prayer service followed by the welcome address and welcome dance. A beautiful musical play was presented by the students showcasing the effects of deforestation.

The chief guest Sr Maria Rithika gave an inspiring message. “Planting trees is not someone else’s business, but the business of every individual of this country,” she said.



After the programme, saplings were planted in the college campus.
