Rahul Gandhi doing politics of ‘Muslim appeasement’: Union minister Giriraj Singh

Patna, Jul 17 (NIE): Union minister Giriraj Singh has accused Congress president Rahul Gandhi of doing politics of “Muslim appeasement” and “trying to divide the country”.

Speaking to reporters in Bihar’s Begusarai on Sunday, Giriraj said, “I do not know what mantra Rahul Gandhi read… that Hamid Ansari started talking about the Jinnah issue, AIMPLB working committee member Zafaryab Jilani started talking about Sharia courts, and Tharoor started seeing Hindus as Pakistanis.”
In reply, Bihar Congress Commitee working president Kaukab Quadri, said, “Giriraj Singh has been unable to perform as a minister. We do not take him seriously.”

JD (U) spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said, “Though I would not comment on any individual, but let me make it clear that there has been no place for politics of religious frenzy under the regime of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.”

    Any Leader must be a uniting force not a dividing weapon. Statements on Hindu/Muslim/Christian/Budhist/Lingayat etc by prominent Leaders can only widen the gap between communities and only break India. When you break Indians, India cannot remain one, unfortunately, all our leaders talk about India, patriotism, nationalism but their actions are all work against Indians. We, the people must unite and reject Leaders who only use Indians for their selfish motives but never help India grow.

    Jossey, this is your country and you need not go anywhere. Sad part is you guys fall into the trap set by Congress & have become their permanent vote bank. Congress only scares you saying BJP will establish a country where there is no place for minorities etc. and you guys believe it and overlook all the failures of Congress, whether it is corruption, nepotism, dynasty politics, policy paralysis etc and keep hating Modi.

    RSS doesn't choose PM it is chosen by the popular demand of lakhs of BJP workers. CM is chosen by BJP parliamentary board, SC judges are elected by SC judges themselves. I can't help for your lack of knowledge.

    Prove that demontization is a scam first, Congress said demontization is scam and you believdd it. Did you question how? Has Congress said how it is scam?, Relating to Swiss bank money we are closely watching the government and before 2019 elections these questions will be raised. Till then have patience. But please see the track record of Congress on Black money. They didn't even set up an SIT as per directions of supreme court. They never cracked down either on internal or external Black money.
