Udupi: Students Told to Aim at Excellence

Udupi, Oct 7: Honorary director of Manipal Institute of Communication M.V. Kamath said on Monday that people, especially students, should pursue excellence in their lives.

He was delivering the Yermal Beedu Nagaveniamma Memorial Endowment lecture on “Ethical values and excellence” at Poornaprajna College, here. Mr. Kamath said that there was no difference between excellence and ethical values. Courage was essential to follow them.

Hard work and commitment were essential to achieve excellence. Excellence could not be achieved without a goal and a sense of responsibility.

Principal of the college Rajmohan was present.
