Yogi on lynchings: Opposition making mountain out of a mole hill

Lucknow, Jul 25 (IANS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday made light of recent mob lynching incidents in some parts of the country and accused the Opposition of making "a mountain out of a mole hill."

In an interview given to an electronic news agency, the monk-turned-politician said that such incidents were being given too much and unnecessary importance.

He went on to question the Congress's all-out offensive against the BJP over mob lynching incidents by questioning them on the 1984 Sikh riots that left thousands dead in the aftermath of the assassination of the then prime minister Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards.

The chief minister also announced that his government was for protection for all but added that "it was responsibility of every individual, every community and every religion to respect each other's sentiments."

"Humans are important as are cows as both have their own roles in nature. Everyone should be protected" the saffron robed politician said in the interview.

An absolute insensitive comment from a chief minister! Can the CM bring back for the family a life that is lost due to lynchings? Can he be the bread provider for those families? For the CM, this is just one family among many families, but the painful memories of the death of a dear one due to lawlessness in the state will remain with the family forever. Can the CM ever erase those painful memories from their hearts and minds?

CM Yogi seems to be comparing 'Sita' abduction in Ramayana to Kurukshetra War between Panavas and Kauravas.
This Yogi government insists that the deaths are unrelated to any oxygen shortage Seven Deaths a Day 'Normal' hardly understand the value of the human life. The Chief Minsiter father son ruled constiuncy from last 40 years is the epicentre encephalitis induced deaths. According to official figures, around 25,000 children have died since 1978 due to the two types of encephalitis. And, these are only recorded deaths. Independent figures put the toll around 50,000 as many kids die without reaching hospital.

So CM Yogi one more Muslim death in lynching is equivallent to the 'mole' from the highest populated state of India.

Yogi Adityanath, now the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh his Hindu Yuva Vahini have openly called for the exhumation and rape of dead Muslim women. When dead soul can't rest in peace, will living to feed his eight chidren on dairy farm will be tolerated>?
Suleman Khan, father of Akhbar Khan milkman from Kolgaon in Ferozpur’s Jhirka district is appealing to “Lynch his seven children too as they would anyway die of hunger” a milkman from Kolgaon in Ferozpur’s Jhirka district.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has maintained almost studied silence AT LYNCHING OF POOR MUSLIM DAIRY FARMERS AT HOME, MODI DONATES 200 COWS TO POOR IN RWANDA.

Is this one life of poor Muslim dailry farmer Akbar is survived by a wife and 7 children with eldest daughter 14 years of age while his youngest son is just two years old does really matters?

In Rawanda slaughtering cow and consuming cow meat is tradition. By donating 200 cows to country what type of 'Hindutava' is this.
Perhaps PM India is the only naton carrying cow from one house another is called 'cattle theft'. What do you call 200 cows from India to beef eating Rawanda?

Do 'Gau Rakshak Dal' have any answer for this open theft?

Yogi must be thinking, Yes, after all those getting lynched are minorities.
Who cares? Whose life is it anyway!
Also BJP Bakhtaran are supporting lynching with reference to the 1984 riots.
They fail to understand that no one can change history.
Just because it happened in 1984, the current lynchings don't become legal.

Don't give any media publicity to these incidents. No mountain no mole hill.
BTW, 1984 Sikh riot was a complete different incident altogether. You can not compare that incident to this pre-planned, intentional, regularly occurring, cold blooded and supported by your ministers and govt. Sikh riot was one time, rush of blood, hot boolded incident for assassination of the leader never occurred after that. This even happened in the US when Kennedy was assassinated. In Pakistan when Benazir Bhutto was assassinated.
