Mangaluru, Jul 27: St Aloysius Evening College (SAEC) in association with SPAS Infrastructures Pvt Ltd and Mangalore Association of Realtors (MAR) conducted an outreach programme at ‘Gardens of Delight’ villa project at Shakthinagar on Thursday, July 26.
A talk on 'Realty Laws' was delivered by advocate Krishna Prasad wherein quality insight was conveyed on the increasing challenges faced in the Industry. He emphasised the importance of documentation and explained the common issues faced by buyers and advised realtors on the right approach to give confidence to the buyers.
Further, the speaker also projected detailed know-how on RERA and the implications for the industry, stressing upon the need for realtors to register with RERA and comply with laws for safeguarding interest of all parties involved.
SPAS then made a captivating presentation on the latest pre-cast technology that was being used for the first time in the pioneering construction of villas wherein there are able to complete a villa in 9 days and the quality is achieved. This was highly appreciated by the knowledgeable audience present. The project underway consists of 150 villas on 15 acres of land as a gated community. Sixty villas have been completed and occupancy commenced in June 2015.
The president of MAR spoke of the upcoming programmes for its members and told them that a mobile app would be introduced for its members, wherein maximum, easy-to-use information from the first call encounter of a prospective buyer and seller will be provided. This will ensure and safeguard the agent of his earnings and all-round effectiveness.
‘Gardens of Delight’ villa project is promoted by SPAS Infrastructures Pvt Ltd where in a separate play area for children and adults is being developed. The residents enjoy peace and tranquillity and the verdant surroundings justify the name of the project.
