Cloudy sky in Delhi


New Delhi, Aug 4 (IANS): It was a cloudy sky in the national capital on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded at 28.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, the weather office said.

"The sky will be partly cloudy with chances of thundershower or light rain in the National Capital Region," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 33 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 70 per cent.

Friday's minimum temperature was recorded at 28.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the maximum temperature settled at 33.8 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
