Bengaluru, Aug 6: It is leant from reliable sources that former chief minister Siddaramaiah has expressed his unhappiness with the Congress high command saying that deputy chief minister Dr G Parameshwar and water resources minister D K Shivakumar (DKS) are dancing to the tunes of chief minister H D Kumaraswamy.
On Saturday, August 4, a meeting of AICC executive committee had taken place in Delhi. After this meeting, it is said that Siddaramaiah discussed in person about the issue of DKS and Dr Parameshwar with national president of Congress, Rahul Gandhi.

Siddaramaiah has expressed concern that the unilateral decisions taken by H D Kumaraswamy are not being questioned due to which the Congress party is facing a setback in the state. This is responsible for the regret of the Congress activists also as per the former CM.
Siddaramaiah has also appraised the high command that if an alliance is made with JD (S) for the upcoming local body elections, it will benefit JD (S) and not Congress. Siddaramaiah has also advised Rahul Gandhi that it is better to take a decision with regards to an alliance with JD (S) after discussing the same with local leaders. However, it has come to light, from the top level sources of Congress that Rahul Gandhi has not denied outright the suggestion for not getting into alliance with JD (S) and was told that the aim of Congress is to defeat BJP by getting united with all the secular parties.
